I intended to blog much more often than this, but you've all kept me so busy with orders I haven't had a chance to sit down and take stock!
I'm hoping you're all finding the new website easy to navigate, and are finding the new features (shipping emails, reward points, and customer accounts) useful.
My primary reason for changing website provider was to provide a better customer experience for you all. However, behind the scenes its transformed the way I can manage the business, freeing up precious time to concentrate on growing this shop, and more importantly, interacting with you all.
I love to see all the beautiful things you make with my yarn, this business is about more than just a second income, I thrive on the interaction I get with you all on my social media channels. Please, please, tag me in your makes, I love to see them, and will share as many of them as I can (nothing shows yarn off better than a finished item!).
I hope you all continue to support me over the coming months, I'm well aware that you have a vast array of places to choose from when buying yarn, I still feel surprised every day at how the business has grown in the few short months since I launched.
