Please read these T&Cs carefully before purchasing.

By purchasing from Snufflebean Yarn Ltd you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website, and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. These terms and conditions abide by The Consumer Contract Regulations. You are welcome to print these terms for your own records.

Prices

Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors, or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.

Lost/Damaged Items

Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Royal Mail do not consider a package missing until 10 working days after it is sent. It may be that your local sorting office has your parcel, normally they leave a red card to tell you but this may not be the case every time. Unfortunately for these reasons, I am not able to consider a parcel as lost until 10 working days after posting.

For international orders please allow 28 working days after shipping before contacting us to notify the parcel missing. Please Note: Missing Parcels must be reported to me within 60 days of posting.

If your item arrives damaged, then please email me within 7 days of receiving the order with photographs detailing the damage as well as you possibly can, to enable me to claim compensation from Royal Mail. I will of course offer replacements for any damaged items.

Returns and Cancellations

Returning Custom Items

Custom made items are exempt from The Consumer Contract Regulations – the only exception being if the are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose. In this case please refer to the returns section of this document.
